Manage order management processes including material demand review, parts availability checks, and purchase requisition generation.
Serve as Point of Contact for internal customer queries related to order and material management tasks.
Collaborate with stakeholders globally to optimize processes, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with SOPs.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in science, commerce, business administration, or equivalent.
Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in business operations and order management.
Willingness to work flexible shifts across global time zones including NA/LA to support business stakeholders.
Hybrid work schedule based in Pune, India with expected office presence on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience with material management functions such as supply requests, shopping carts, material tracking, shipping, and goods receiving.
Exposure to global working styles and remote client engagement.
Familiarity with procurement processes, audits, service contracts, or Lean Six Sigma certifications is a plus.
