Minimum Requirements
7+ years of experience in supply chain planning implementations and consulting with expertise in demand supply planning, inventory optimization, order promising, and advanced supply chain solutions.
Strong supply chain domain expertise is mandatory and non-negotiable.
Experience with supply chain planning platforms like Kinaxis, o9, SAP APO / IBP, Oracle SC Planning or equivalent.
Strong customer-facing consulting and stakeholder management skills with proven ability to architect scalable solutions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in architecting and delivering complex, global supply chain transformations across CPG, Hi-Tech, Process Manufacturing, Automotive, or Industrial Manufacturing domains.
Technical understanding of supply chain data models, cloud-native planning architectures, and AI/ML-driven planning capabilities including exposure to AI-driven automation or GenAI accelerators.
Capable of independently leading customer discussions, solving complex business challenges, and working in global consulting or transformation programs.
