Support and manage Intralinks’s network infrastructure to ensure platform stability and consistent service delivery within agreed SLAs.
Act as a first responder for incident management, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving complex network and firewall issues in a multi-vendor environment.
Perform technical operations such as network fault resolution, infrastructure updates, scripting changes, and maintain operational documentation and SOPs.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2nd or 3rd line experience in a fast-paced enterprise Network Operations Center (NOC) role.
In-depth knowledge of LAN & WAN technologies including BGP, TCP/IP, and Layer 2 architectures.
Experience with firewalls, load balancing (F5 LB, VE, LTM, APM), VPN (SSL, IPSec), and understanding of security best practices.
Experience working with or supporting cloud technologies, specifically AWS.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing enterprise-scale multi-vendor network and firewall infrastructures with demonstrated incident response capabilities.
Familiarity with ITIL and ISO standards indicating operational maturity and aligned process adherence.
Comfortable operating within hybrid technical environments involving both on-premise network hardware and cloud platforms like AWS.
