About This Role

Develop, maintain, and automate ServiceNow applications and integrations including ITSM and CSM modules, ensuring solutions meet user story acceptance criteria.

Collaborate with application owners and architects to execute system integrations and understand API/system impacts on supply chain.

Provide production support including incident resolution, debugging, and ensuring secure, reusable, and resilient system development.

Minimum Requirements

7+ years experience as an Application Developer and Integration Expert with ServiceNow product modules.

Must have System Admin and ServiceNow Application Development Certifications.

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM and CSM module development, Service Catalog, REST/SOAP integrations, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.

Familiarity with Agile delivery model, ITIL, CMDB, SQL, and relevant scripting skills.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experienced in leading teams and coaching junior employees within ServiceNow development projects.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to drive solution development and process efficiency improvements.
