Principal Staff Software Engineer

Own the cross-stack architectural vision and set the multi-year technical roadmap for a full-stack adaptive SaaS platform integrating AI for manufacturing.

Establish and enforce enterprise-wide design patterns, API contracts, full stack standards, and governance for micro-frontends, microservices, and cloud infrastructure.

Provide hands-on technical leadership including deep design reviews, architectural decisions, performance optimization, and mentoring Principal-level engineers across multiple teams.

14+ years of software development experience; at least 5 years as a Technical or System Architect leading multi-team systems.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline.

Work onsite in Pune 3-4 days per week as this is an on-site technical leadership role.

Advanced expertise in frontend frameworks (React/Angular/Vue), backend architectures (Java, Node.js, Python, Go), cloud-native infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and distributed systems design.

Experienced executive-level technical leader capable of translating strategic business goals into scalable, platform-wide architectures with multi-year impact.

Proven track record in full stack governance including establishing standards and mentoring senior engineers across frontend, backend, AI integration, and cloud systems.

Operates effectively in a fast-paced, transformative environment focused on AI-native supply chain solutions, with strong strategic vision and execution discipline.
