Minimum Requirements
4-6 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or similar role.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields such as Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, IT, or Business Analytics.
Strong hands-on expertise in SQL (complex joins, CTEs, subqueries, window functions, query optimisation).
Advanced Power BI skills including Power Query, DAX, data modelling, and dashboard development.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing end-to-end analytics projects with minimal supervision and delivering actionable insights to diverse teams.
Strong domain exposure or interest in Higher Education, EdTech, Student Recruitment, Admissions, CRM, or multi-country operations.
Familiarity with data modelling, ETL processes, and ideally experience with cloud databases or modern data platforms for enhanced reporting capabilities.
