Minimum Requirements
5+ years of backend development experience.
Strong proficiency in C# .NET or Python.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in architecting scalable backend solutions and managing cloud-native infrastructure using Kubernetes and Infrastructure-as-Code.
Able to lead technical transitions and mentor junior developers in an Agile environment.
Comfortable working collaboratively in multicultural, multinational teams with cross-functional stakeholders.
