About This Role
- Lead backend development to design, develop, and maintain scalable, efficient backend systems using C# .NET and/or Python.
- Drive transition from monolithic to microservices architecture and manage cloud-native solutions on AWS, including Kubernetes workload deployment and management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with frontend developers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver integrated and high-performance applications.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of backend development experience.
- Strong proficiency in C# .NET or Python.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in architecting scalable backend solutions and managing cloud-native infrastructure using Kubernetes and Infrastructure-as-Code.
- Able to lead technical transitions and mentor junior developers in an Agile environment.
- Comfortable working collaboratively in multicultural, multinational teams with cross-functional stakeholders.
