About This Role
- Lead design, optimization, and operation of Azure-based database platforms supporting regulatory reporting technology.
- Drive performance tuning, resilience, automation, cloud adoption, and incident resolution for high-volume, business-critical environments.
- Mentor engineers and serve as senior escalation point for database-related issues; collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure platforms.
Minimum Requirements
- Extensive experience with SQL Server and Azure SQL, including database administration, architecture, and performance tuning.
- Strong expertise with Azure cloud services, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Proven technical leadership experience in complex enterprise environments.
- Permanent full-time role based in Bangalore or Pune with hybrid working.
