Senior Lead Engineer - Linux Software APSS Image Integration

Own end-to-end technical execution and on-time delivery of Linux-based software platforms, including kernel, BSP, middleware, and system integration.

Act as the single technical integrator across cross-functional teams (silicon, software, validation, product) to resolve platform-level issues and align with upstream/open-source best practices.

Provide architecture oversight, quality and release management, and support customer and stakeholder technical reviews and roadmap alignment.

8 to 10 years of relevant experience in Linux software platform development and integration.

Bachelor's or higher degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field with minimum 2+ years of software engineering work experience (or relevant advanced degree experience equivalence).

Strong expertise in Linux kernel internals, embedded Linux BSP development, Yocto/OWRT, device tree, bootloaders, and ARM-based SoCs hardware bring-up.

Proven ability to drive complex, multi-team technical programs with effective dependency, risk, and milestone management.

Experienced technical leader comfortable interfacing with senior engineers, architects, and executive stakeholders across distributed teams.

Demonstrates deep technical competence with track record of driving scalable and upstream-aligned Linux platform releases.

Strong execution focus with ability to balance engineering depth and delivery deadlines, effectively coordinating cross-functional dependencies in complex environments.
