Own reliability, scalability, and performance of production systems and services including incident management and root cause analysis.
Design and implement highly available, fault-tolerant, and distributed infrastructure with automated provisioning using IaC tools.
Define and drive observability strategy, build and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines, and track SLIs/SLOs/SLAs aligned with business needs.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or cloud engineering roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
Experience with containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, New Relic, Datadog), and building CI/CD pipelines.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing production cloud infrastructure with strong focus on security and operational excellence including on-call processes.
Proficient in software development and scripting with Python, Go, Rust, or JavaScript to improve deployment and operational workflows.
Has exposure to large-scale distributed systems, microservices, DevSecOps practices and participates in architectural decisions and mentoring.
