About This Role
- Own reliability, scalability, and performance of production systems and services including incident management and root cause analysis.
- Design and implement highly available, fault-tolerant, and distributed infrastructure with automated provisioning using IaC tools.
- Define and drive observability strategy, build and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines, and track SLIs/SLOs/SLAs aligned with business needs.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or cloud engineering roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
- Experience with containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, New Relic, Datadog), and building CI/CD pipelines.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing production cloud infrastructure with strong focus on security and operational excellence including on-call processes.
- Proficient in software development and scripting with Python, Go, Rust, or JavaScript to improve deployment and operational workflows.
- Has exposure to large-scale distributed systems, microservices, DevSecOps practices and participates in architectural decisions and mentoring.
