Full Stack Engineering Lead-Vice President

Lead architecture, design, and full lifecycle development of scalable, secure full-stack enterprise applications using modern front-end (Angular 14+/React 18+, TypeScript) and back-end (Java 17/21, Spring Framework) technologies.

Drive technical governance including code quality, design standards, and framework modernization to accelerate digital transformation across front-end and back-end systems.

Implement and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines leveraging tools like Jenkins, Tekton, and containerization/orchestration using Docker and Red Hat OpenShift, with responsibility for system reliability and operational resilience.

10+ years of total software development experience including at least 3+ years as a Technical Lead or Senior Full Stack Engineer.

Mandatory technical skills: Angular 14+/React 18+, TypeScript, Java 17/21, Spring Boot related frameworks, Oracle Database 19c+, PL/SQL, Jenkins/Tekton/Harness CI/CD tools, Docker and Red Hat OpenShift.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred domain experience in financial services, banking, wealth management, or highly regulated enterprise environments.

Experienced technical leader capable of bridging modern responsive front-end UI with robust, scalable microservices back-end in an enterprise environment.

Proven ability to drive modern full-stack engineering practices including automation, code quality, agile delivery, and team mentorship in fast-paced settings.

Background in large-scale financial or regulated industry environments with strong problem solving and stakeholder communication skills.
