Minimum Requirements
8+ years overall experience in large-scale application development with AI agent deployment platforms.
5+ years in Python and PySpark engineering lead role building enterprise-grade ELT/ETL processes using PySpark and Databricks ecosystem.
Hands-on experience with AI agent development (YAML, JSON, FAST API, Google ADK, Devin.AI, Github Copilot) and microservice automation.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in enterprise data engineering with deep technical expertise in Python, PySpark, Databricks, and AI agent integration.
Comfortable operating in complex, regulated environments such as banking retail products with strong governance and risk awareness.
Capable of leading development of scalable AI and data platforms leveraging cloud-native architectures, Data Mesh, microservices, and advanced AI tools.
