Design, develop, and maintain embedded firmware for ARM Cortex-M and TI MCU platforms including drivers, middleware, and BSP.
Collaborate with hardware teams for board bring-up, debug hardware/firmware integration issues, and validate multiple communication interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, etc.).
Optimize real-time performance, memory usage, and power consumption while ensuring firmware quality through standards (e.g. MISRA-C) and supporting validation and testing teams.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years of proven embedded firmware development experience.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer, or Embedded Systems Engineering.
Hands-on experience with STM32 (ARM Cortex-M series) and TI C2000 / TI multicore DSP/MCU platforms (preferred).
Strong skills in Embedded C/C++, RTOS (FreeRTOS, TI-RTOS, ThreadX), interrupt-driven programming, and familiarity with JTAG/SWD and industrial protocols.

Experienced in RTOS-based embedded firmware architecture and real-time system optimization in industrial or similar hardware-intensive environments.
Demonstrates strong collaboration with hardware and cross-functional teams, including mentorship of junior engineers.
