Develop and deliver React/Next.js front-end applications and Java/Spring Boot/Python backend microservices with a focus on quality, scalability, and performance.
Lead design, build, and continuous improvement of test automation frameworks including UI, backend, and API automated tests following TDD practices.
Mentor and lead Quality engineers, manage automation strategies, code reviews, CI/CD pipeline support, and collaborate in Agile teams to deliver enhanced product features and AI-enabled functionalities.
Minimum Requirements
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
10+ years of hands-on application development experience including React UI, Java/Spring Boot microservices, and API-driven architectures.
Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress; API testing tools like Postman/Rest Assured/Karate; BDD frameworks (Cucumber, SpecFlow) and cross-browser testing tools (Sauce Labs, Browser Stack).
Experience leading and mentoring Quality Engineering teams and proven ability to design and build test automation frameworks from scratch.

Comfortable working in fast-paced Agile environments with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrates practical exposure to AI/ML or NLP applications related to automation under senior guidance and adheres to engineering best practices for scalable, secure system design.
