Proficiency in Python and experience with Django or MVC-like frameworks.
Work onsite at least three days per week if within defined radius of Rippling office (office-based role).

Experienced in fintech, payroll, tax, or compliance-critical domains with emphasis on correctness and regulatory adherence.
Demonstrated ownership delivering autonomous impactful projects with rigorous testing and failure mode considerations.
Capable of navigating complex, ambiguous problem spaces and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate compliance requirements into technical solutions.
