Purchase Executive

Manage the entire procurement lifecycle including supplier selection, purchase orders, and vendor coordination to ensure timely delivery.

Monitor and optimize inventory levels through regular assessments and adjustments to par-stock based on requirements.

Analyze supplier performance, negotiate contracts for cost savings, ensure quality compliance, and prepare reports to support procurement decisions.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.

Work Experience Required: Proven experience in procurement, purchasing operations, or inventory management within corporate or hospitality environments.

Proficiency with ERP systems and procurement software platforms is mandatory.

Strong negotiation, vendor management skills, and understanding of quality assurance standards and compliance procedures.

Experienced in handling end-to-end procurement and inventory management in fast-paced corporate or hospitality settings.

Demonstrates strong analytical skills for cost optimization and budget management with attention to detail.

Capable of collaborating across departments and improving procurement processes to enhance operational efficiency.
