Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical field.
5+ years experience in software testing, QA, or development with strong automation and complex system validation expertise.
Experience with automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, REST Assured and programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, SDLC/STLC, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading testing efforts in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments using Agile methods.
Strong hands-on skills in both manual and automated testing including APIs, databases, distributed systems, and end-to-end workflows.
Capable of driving continuous QA improvements and mentoring mid-level to junior engineers, influencing cross-team quality practices.
