Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical field.
2–4 years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or software development.
Experience with manual and automated test design and execution using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium and AI tools like Claude or Copilot.
Proficiency in at least one scripting/programming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working in Agile development environments collaborating with engineering, product, and DevOps teams.
Strong technical and analytical skills to design thorough tests and identify defects across multi-platform software products.
Capability to maintain and improve automated testing frameworks and mentor junior test engineers.
