Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, CA or related field; MBA/CFA is a plus.
1-3 years in FP&A, business finance, or commercial finance roles, ideally in SaaS, medtech, or healthcare.
Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Familiarity with SaaS metrics and India business context.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working in high-growth healthtech or SaaS startups with exposure to commercial and business finance functions.
Able to coordinate across multiple teams and time zones, indicating good cross-functional and remote collaboration skills.
