Manage creation, update, and removal of Maintenance Master Data records ensuring accuracy and timeliness according to SLAs.
Run quality performance reports on data completeness, consistency, uniqueness, and accuracy; track and resolve outstanding maintenance data issues.
Contribute to process improvements, data governance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Materials, and Solutions/Systems Maintenance.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electrical Instrumentation preferred).
Minimum 3+ years experience in client-service oriented data management roles.
Familiarity with Oil & Gas industry maintenance data, SAP PM, and related tools like Fiori, Maximo, SQL is advantageous but not mandatory.
Willingness to work ANZ/ASPAC/UK/Europe/US shifts and travel up to 10%; hybrid office/remote working setup.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in Maintenance Master Data Management within Oil & Gas or related industrial sectors with knowledge of MRO spares and equipment.
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret raw data and provide actionable recommendations.
Comfortable working cross-culturally in international environments with multi-level organizational communication and collaboration.
