Lead settlement and foreign exchange (FX) capability development and implementation across AP & EEMEA regions.
Manage regulatory reporting related to settlement activities and respond to regulatory inquiries in AP & EEMEA.
Oversee global settlement invoice processing and ensure compliance with Mastercard policies in project execution.
Minimum Requirements
MBA or degree in business or finance.
Experience in payment systems product/project management including implementation and maintenance of external or proprietary technology.
Advanced expertise in treasury settlements, payment operations, and banking infrastructure from multinational corporates, financial institutions, or banks.
Experience managing regulatory correspondence for Settlement/Payment matters, preferably with APAC and EEMEA regulators (MAS, HKMA, ASIC, JFSA, RBI, PBOC, SARB) though not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in leading high-impact, complex transformation initiatives with strong stakeholder and project management across global and cross-functional teams.
Deep knowledge of payment network systems including authorization, clearing, settlement, and bank connectivity solutions like Host-to-host and SWIFT.
Strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities, negotiation skills, and experience managing diverse teams to drive settlement and FX initiatives regionally.
