Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement) for cross-functional software teams.
Coach Agile practices and continuously improve team performance and delivery predictability throughout the Software Development Lifecycle.
Partner with Product Owners and multiple engineering disciplines to manage backlogs, track progress, address risks and impediments, and support release planning.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum 3 years experience as a Scrum Master for software development teams.
Strong knowledge of Agile software development methodologies and experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced Scrum Master with a background supporting enterprise software, SaaS platforms, or cloud-native application teams in fast-paced Agile environments.
Demonstrates strong facilitation, coaching, conflict resolution, and stakeholder communication skills.
Familiar with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines; certifications like CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, or SAFe are advantageous.
