Lead Product Manager

Own and drive the strategy and roadmap for digital workplace applications including Control Tower, Carelabs, Lume, and performance dashboards within the DWX portfolio.

Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery through development to adoption and ongoing maintenance, ensuring alignment with business needs and outcomes.

Collaborate with engineering, UX, data, and platform teams to evaluate solutions and manage stakeholder expectations through transparent communication and release planning.

8+ years of product management experience, preferably with internal enterprise applications or data-intensive products.

Experience with products that track organizational performance, strategic initiatives, KPIs, and associated workflows.

Strong knowledge of product discovery, dashboard usability, enterprise data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
