Develop and iteratively improve AI/ML models focusing on multi-modal understanding, task automation, and anomaly detection.
Partner with business and engineering teams to solve complex problems, while mentoring colleagues and contributing to research publications and patents.
Minimum Requirements
PhD degree with 1+ year or Master's degree with 3+ years of applied research experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields specialized in ML, NLP, Computer Vision, Deep Learning, or GenAI.
Expertise in either Computer Vision or NLP and good understanding of both.
Excellent communication skills.
Work Experience Required: 1+ year (PhD) or 3+ years (Masters) of relevant applied research experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Deep technical expertise in either Computer Vision or NLP with a strong understanding of both domains.
Experience with advanced ML techniques including deep learning, multi-modal models, and large language models (LLMs).
Ability to drive research innovation influencing large product strategies and to mentor technical teams for knowledge and practice improvements.
