Program Manager

Coordinate Milestone resources across multiple concurrent workstreams, managing sequencing, dependencies, and priorities.

Act as primary day-to-day contact for Client program owner and workstream leads, including managing resourcing, progress, and escalation.

Perform hands-on task-level work including analysis, requirements gathering, data review, and UAT support when needed to ensure workstream throughput.

11+ years of project or program management experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams on large-scale transformation programs.

Experience managing blended onshore/offshore delivery teams and working with third-party system integrators in matrixed client environments.

Experience delivering within regulated environments, specifically GxP-regulated, with formal governance and documentation compliance.

Must be willing to work dedicated shift overlapping with US Eastern business hours.

Operates effectively in both hands-on task delivery and higher-level coordination within complex programs.

Experienced in regulated environments, preferably life sciences or pharmaceutical sectors, with strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.

Comfortable working in matrixed organizations with blended onshore-offshore teams and willing to cross-train for redundancy in functional areas.
