Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) — AI-Enabled Quality Infrastructure

Design, build, and maintain AI-assisted test automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and reporting systems used across multiple product scrum teams.

Drive integration of AI-assisted engineering practices into quality platforms, impacting end-to-end software testing workflows for the investment platform.

Troubleshoot CI and test failures, support product teams, and collaborate on improving quality infrastructure including dashboards and alerting.

2-4 years of professional experience in software engineering, test automation, or related SDET/QA role.

Practical hands-on use of AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) with demonstrated judgment on AI-generated output.

Proficient programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or similar languages plus experience building or maintaining automated test suites (API, UI, integration).

Working knowledge of CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins etc.) and Git-based workflows; prior experience in Agile/product scrum teams.

Experienced in building scalable quality infrastructure that serves multiple development teams and integrates AI-assisted tooling into software testing.

Familiar with Agile development lifecycles and comfortable advocating and teaching AI-assisted engineering best practices to peer teams.

Has strong problem-solving skills and a service-oriented mindset supporting internal customers through debugging and automation improvements.
