Minimum Requirements
12 to 15 years of hands-on experience in engineering scalable enterprise solutions.
Expert proficiency in Python programming and practical experience with GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
Demonstrated experience implementing and tuning Large Language Models (LLM) including use of vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent; Master’s degree preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven track record of owning AI solution architecture, development, and production deployment in a complex financial services environment.
Strong expertise in agent-based AI systems, Generative AI, and integrating AI capabilities end-to-end including MLOps and containerization (Docker).
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with AI researchers, data scientists, and product teams to scale AI innovations aligned with strategic business objectives.
