Design, develop, test, and optimize prompts for generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) like Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI GPT, and Azure AI.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate use cases into AI solutions and continuously improve AI output accuracy and relevance through prompt testing and tuning.
Develop governance frameworks, monitor model performance, document best practices, and support deployment of AI solutions on platforms such as Microsoft Copilot and Azure OpenAI.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, Linguistics, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience working with Generative AI, LLMs, or AI-powered applications.
Experience with OpenAI GPT models, Azure OpenAI Service, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or similar platforms.
Location requirement: Bangalore, Karnataka, India (Hybrid work model).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in prompt engineering with strong understanding of LLM behavior and AI evaluation/testing methodologies.
Proficient in Python and REST APIs with exposure to AI integration frameworks and generative AI tools like RAG, vector databases, and conversational AI.
Skilled in collaborating across business and technical teams to own outcomes and optimize AI-driven solutions within regulatory and responsible AI governance frameworks.
