Manage General Ledger month-end close including cash, reclass, accruals journaling and variance review.
Prepare and submit timely, accurate monthly financial statements and supporting schedules for assigned property portfolio.
Coordinate year-end audit activities and maintain cash management including bank reconciliations for assigned properties.
Minimum Requirements
3-5 years of experience in operational/general ledger accounting and finance, preferably with real estate accounting exposure.
Commerce graduate; postgraduate preferred.
On-site work location in Hyderabad, Telangana.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in real estate financial accounting and reporting with ability to analyze profit & loss and balance sheet accounts.
Skilled in stakeholder management, particularly with US clients.
Operates within established procedures with moderate supervision and makes sound decisions using standard accounting practices.
