Own detailed forecast analysis, including Budget vs Actual and Forecast vs Actual spending for a large real estate portfolio.
Prepare annual budget plans and manage day-to-day reporting and forecasting activities for the assigned portfolio.
Support client billing activities, fee calculations, performance data analysis, and lead efforts for process improvement and reporting automation.
Minimum Requirements
Strong FP&A background; Commerce graduate with CA preferred.
7-10 years of operational/general ledger accounting and finance experience including profit & loss analysis and balance sheet overview; real estate accounting experience is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); prior ERP JD1 experience preferable.
Location: On-site in Gurugram; Work Experience Required: 7-10 years.
