Regulatory Reporting Intermediate Analyst

Lead execution and reporting of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression tests for non-financial regulatory reporting system changes.

Develop and maintain traceability matrix linking test scenarios to regulatory requirements to identify coverage gaps.

Collaborate with regulatory SMEs and internal teams to support defect management, test data preparation, and adherence to regulatory compliance in reporting changes.

Minimum 8 years of experience in software testing with User Acceptance Testing exposure.

Strong regulatory compliance background with at least 8 years in non-financial regulatory reporting trade reporting (e.g., MiFID, ASIC, EMIR, CFTC, MAS).

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields such as Finance, Business Administration, or IT.

Strong skills in AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini), Python, and scripting; regulatory requirements analysis skills.

Experienced in managing testing activities for regulatory reporting changes, including new regulations and remediation.

Familiar with global non-financial regulatory reporting concepts and trade transaction reporting across multiple jurisdictions.

Skilled in collaborating across regulatory, controls, and audit teams with strong communication and detail orientation.
