Own end-to-end demand, supply, distribution, and inventory planning for FSV lenses, frames, and accessories in India managing ~20,000 SKUs and 840,000 SKU-location combinations.
Lead monthly S&OP/IBP processes and weekly execution cycles ensuring aligned operational plans supporting product availability, customer service, inventory, working capital, and cost objectives.
Drive forecasting, supply planning, distribution, inventory optimization, and product lifecycle management including launch and phase-out for complex variant-rich portfolios with mixed supply models.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or related quantitative discipline.
7–10 years of supply-chain experience including minimum 4 years in demand, supply, distribution, production, or inventory planning.
Experience managing large, complex SKU portfolios with high variant complexity and leading S&OP/IBP cycles.
Work Experience Required: 7–10 years in relevant supply chain planning roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in ophthalmic product planning (lenses, frames, coatings) or in similar high-SKU, variant-rich consumer product environments with frequent product lifecycle changes.
Strong capability in integrating demand and supply inputs into one operational plan balancing service, inventory, capacity, cost, and working capital.
Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional stakeholder management, data-driven decision making, and team development within supply chain planning functions.
