Minimum Requirements
6–8 years of hands-on software development experience.
Strong expertise in ASP.NET, .NET Core, C#, SQL Server, and Azure resources (functions, storage, Key Vault, App Config, App Insights).
Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns (SOLID), and software engineering best practices.
Mandatory: High-speed broadband (minimum 50 Mbps) with wired home network setup for effective remote work.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading full SDLC and technical decision making in Agile environments, focusing on scalable web applications and APIs.
Familiar with modernization or legacy transformation initiatives, microservices architecture, and cloud (Azure) deployments.
Comfortable collaborating with product owners, QA, and stakeholders, mentoring juniors, and driving engineering culture in healthcare domain contexts.
