Senior Technical Consultant

Lead technical solution design and delivery for complex enterprise Salesforce engagements, including enterprise desktop, cloud, mobile solutions, and integrations.

Drive customer success by guiding application development best practices, risk management, and stakeholder communication to ensure customer ROI.

Contribute to internal strategic initiatives, mentoring, and adoption of AI-native methods to accelerate delivery and improve service practice growth.

At least 2 years as a Lead Developer with solution design experience in mid-to-large organizations involving organizational transformation.

Experience in enterprise architecture areas: integration technologies, single sign-on, master data management.

Familiarity with Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or related field; willingness to travel ~25%.

Experienced in leading end-to-end technical architecture and integration solutions within a matrixed enterprise environment, with demonstrated leadership impact.

Skilled in communicating complex technical concepts and evangelizing best practices across organizational levels.

Comfortable driving innovation through emerging AI tools and facilitating adoption by customers and colleagues.
