Design and implement scalable, secure, and reliable CI/CD pipeline architectures and automation solutions.
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural guidance for developer enablement capabilities and pipeline improvements.
Collaborate with Development, Release Management, and Site Reliability Engineering teams to improve software delivery, operational excellence, and troubleshoot complex CI/CD pipeline issues.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or related technical fields.
Experience as an Architect, Technical Lead, Lead Engineer, or a similar architecture-focused role.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD platforms (e.g., Harness, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) and Kubernetes with Helm.
Proficiency with Git-based source control, branching strategies, artifact management (preferably Artifactory), Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, OpenTofu, Ansible), and scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading architecture and technical strategy for CI/CD and pipeline solutions within Agile and SAFe environments.
Strong technical collaborator comfortable guiding cross-functional teams including Development and Site Reliability Engineering.
Skilled in evaluating emerging technologies to optimize automation, developer experience, and software supply chain processes.
