Lead end-to-end delivery of data governance and data catalog workstreams including strategy, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and adoption.
Define and implement enterprise data governance strategy, operating models, stewardship, policies, and enforcement mechanisms.
Act as primary client liaison, conduct stakeholder workshops, manage teams, and contribute to proposals and reusable frameworks.
Minimum Requirements
9–12 years of experience in data governance and data catalog implementation.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) or equivalent; MBA also required.
Hands-on experience with one or more data governance/quality tools (e.g., Collibra, Informatica, Alation, Microsoft Purview).
Strong understanding of industry data management frameworks such as DAMA-DMBOK, DCAM, or CDMP.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in bridging technical and functional aspects of data governance in advisory/consulting settings.
Proven ability to manage complex client stakeholder relationships and lead cross-functional teams.
Comfortable translating governance frameworks into practical, scalable operating models and policies.
