Associate Director - P2P & O2C Operational lead

Lead and oversee P2P and O2C operational activities and teams across APAC, including managing a remote third-party BPO for transactional processes.

Drive operational performance by monitoring KPIs, SLAs, risk management, internal controls, and compliance within P2P and O2C functions.

Manage projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with global finance teams and stakeholders at multiple seniority levels to ensure process standardization and effective communication.

Minimum 16 years experience in end-to-end P2P and O2C operations covering areas like Credit Management, Collections, Disputes, Cash Application, Invoicing, Travel & Expenses, Payments, Master Data, Compliance, and Help Hub.

Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP and S4Hana specifically in P2P/O2C modules.

Degree or equivalent in Finance, Business, Economics or related discipline, or relevant experience in finance operations.

Experience leading operational teams, managing KPIs/SLAs, working within internal control frameworks (e.g. ICFW), and engaging with multicultural remote teams and multiple stakeholders.

Experienced leader capable of managing large operational teams and third-party service providers across multiple APAC markets in a remote or hybrid setting.

Strong track record in improving operational KPIs through data-driven analysis and application of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean/Six Sigma) in finance operations.

Skilled in stakeholder management at various senior levels, able to manage competing priorities, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive standardization and governance in global finance processes.
