Associate Director - Management Accounting

Lead and manage a team of 9-12 finance analysts responsible for timely and accurate management accounting reporting and Month End Close activities across the Hub.

Ensure compliance with internal controls, finance policies, and audit requirements including internal and external audits.

Drive process improvements, standardization, manage resource optimization, and coordinate site product costing and annual standard setting.

Master’s degree in finance or professional qualification such as CIMA or ACCA.

16 years of experience in Finance – Management Accounting within a manufacturing business environment.

Fluent English with advanced Excel skills and experience working in SAP and Power BI environments.

Proven experience in leadership, stakeholder management in multinational settings, and managing process transitions and team building.

Experienced senior finance professional capable of enterprise-level thinking and managing change across multiple sites.

Demonstrated ability to deliver results to deadlines in complex, multinational environments with strong stakeholder engagement.

Skilled in leading and developing teams while driving continuous improvement, standardization and operational governance in finance processes.
