Accountable for managing and improving P2P and O2C process KPIs and SLAs across assigned APAC markets and clusters.
Act as Subject Matter Expert collaborating with internal teams and remote BPO operations to resolve complex P2P and O2C issues efficiently and maintain compliance with controls and audits (e.g. SOX).
Drive continuous improvement projects and operational initiatives in P2P and O2C processes, including training, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
Minimum Requirements
5-10 years of experience in P2P and O2C activities including controls, invoice processing, payments, credit management, and working with third party BPO operations.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or equivalent; professional qualification is a plus.
Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP/S4Hana and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI).
Experience working in Shared Service Centres/Global Business Services preferred; fluent English required.
