Deliver accurate and timely month-end close reporting and balance sheet reconciliations adhering to GSK accounting policies and internal controls.
Partner with Site Finance to analyze financial results, identify anomalies, and recommend process improvements for product costing and annual standard setting.
Support and lead continuous improvement initiatives, including standardization, automation (e.g., AO, SAP Analytics Cloud), and digitalization across finance processes.
Minimum Requirements
6 to 8 years post-qualification experience in accounting-related fields, preferably management accounting in manufacturing environment.
Master’s Degree in Finance or professional qualification such as CIMA or ACCA.
Expert Excel skills with experience in automation tools; strong working knowledge of SAP and additional analytics tools (Power BI, SAC) preferred.
Fluent English; able to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
