Oversee Procure to Pay operational activities across multiple markets, managing third-party BPO transactional processing closely.
Ensure delivery on operational KPIs, governance, compliance, controls, and drive continuous improvement projects and strategic initiatives aligned to global finance strategies.
Manage stakeholder engagement across different seniority levels and collaborate cross-functionally including with global finance teams and process owners.
Minimum Requirements
10-15 years of strong experience in end-to-end Procure to Pay operations including invoicing, travel & expenses, payments, master data, compliance, and help hub support.
Hands-on experience with ERP P2P modules, specifically SAP and S4Hana.
Degree or equivalent in Finance, Business, Economics, or related discipline.
Experience managing third-party BPOs and operating within internal control frameworks (ICFW) and SOP/LSOP.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven ability to improve operational KPIs through data-driven analysis and interventions within P2P.
Experienced operating in a multicultural, remote team environment with strong stakeholder management skills across hubs and functions.
Track record of supporting or leading finance process digitalisation, automation, and ERP system enhancements.
