Senior Analyst / Lead / Senior Lead – Planning & Forecasting Analyst

Lead the full monthly and annual planning and forecasting cycle for multiple markets, ensuring alignment with financial commitments and market guidance.

Deliver insightful P&L and sales performance analyses including price-volume variances and manage risk/opportunity consolidations for management review.

Drive improvements in planning efficiency through digital tools and AI adoption while maintaining strong stakeholder partnerships across functions.

5 to 10 years of experience in financial planning and forecasting roles.

University degree in Finance or Business (or equivalent).

Strong analytical skills with ability to produce concise commentary for senior stakeholders.

Understanding of digital, AI, automation, and financial systems; professional accountancy qualification or equivalent experience preferred.

Experienced in managing end-to-end financial planning cycles in a matrixed, cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders.

Demonstrates capability to influence without authority and navigate complex organizational networks effectively.

Possesses strong digital fluency to leverage AI and automation tools for enhancing forecasting accuracy and process efficiency.
