Associate Director - Finance Controlling / Entity

Accountable for accurate financial reporting and controls across a Cluster of Commercial Markets / Global Entities, maintaining high quality and timely delivery.

Oversee and manage the Controllership team responsible for financial activities, including performance management and succession planning.

Drive process improvements, standardization, and support global/local finance projects, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Degree in Accounting, Economics or related field; Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) is advantageous.

16 years of total finance experience with at least 7+ years post-qualification managing sizable teams in Controllership and Finance Partnering, preferably in pharmaceutical sector.

Experience working in GBS environment and managing BPO operations for large organizations.

Fluent in English with knowledge of finance processes, SAP/S4Hana, Lumira, Power BI, and demonstrated track record in process improvements and automation.

Experienced leader capable of managing large finance teams and driving organizational performance in a complex multinational environment.

Strong background in finance controlling within pharmaceutical or similar sector and familiarity with global/shared service models.

Technically skilled in finance systems and digital tools, with ability to challenge existing processes and lead digital transformation initiatives.
