Senior Manager - Market / Entity Financial Controllers

Own and ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and analysis for assigned Market / Global entity.

Lead month-end review processes, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial control environment including compliance with Internal Control Framework.

Coordinate finance governance meetings, statutory sign-offs, audits, tax reviews, and inter-team collaborations involving finance, tax, and third-party providers.

10-15 years’ experience in finance controllership roles with expertise in financial accounting, reporting, statutory filing, treasury, asset accounting, inter-company transactions, and Tax requirements.

Degree in Accounting, Economics or related field and/or MBA; professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, ACA or equivalent) preferred.

Experience in finance processes and technology platforms; exposure to SAP/S4Hana, Lumira, Power BI, or Agentic AI is an advantage.

Fluency in English required; ability to work in a remote, global, multicultural environment with multiple countries/entities.

Experienced in driving financial controls and assurance in complex multi-entity or market environments with strong commercial acumen.

Capable of leading cross-functional coordination for audits, tax compliance, transfer pricing, and profitability reviews.

Proficient in leveraging finance technology platforms and digital tools to challenge reporting processes and drive continuous improvement.
