Support regional financial reporting including monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidations and analysis of financial performance across multiple markets.
Provide variance analysis on balance sheet, operating expenses, margins, and profitability with insights to drive improvements and risk mitigation.
Lead and participate in Controllership projects at local and global levels, and manage regional operating expenditure and reporting compliance with accounting standards and controls.
Minimum Requirements
5-10 years of experience in finance controllership roles focused on financial accounting, reporting, and internal control framework.
Degree in Accounting, Economics, or related field; professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, ACA) is advantageous.
Fluency in English; prior experience with SAP/S4Hana, Lumira, Power BI, Agentic AI is advantageous.
Work Experience Required: 5-10 years in similar finance controllership or related roles.

Skilled in variance analysis and financial risk management with ability to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
