Minimum Requirements
5-10 years experience in Finance Controllership roles with expertise in financial accounting, reporting, treasury, and internal controls.
Degree in Accounting, Economics or related field and/or MBA; professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, ACA) advantageous.
Experience with finance processes and technology platforms; fluency in English required.
Work Experience Required: 5-10 years in similar finance controllership roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong understanding of accounting principles, internal controls, and finance technology platforms (e.g., SAP/S4Hana, Power BI) to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Proven ability to collaborate with multiple global stakeholders and handle financial reporting for multiple countries/entities.
Experienced in variance analysis, process improvements, and supporting internal and external audits within complex, multicultural environments.
