Accountable for managing financial reporting service delivery processes across various functions and regions via a BPO third-party provider (GSK Operations).
Drive process standardization and continuous improvement in financial activities, ensuring timely and quality deliverables aligned with Controllership requirements.
Collaborate with Controllership and Finance teams to monitor KPIs, resolve operational risks/issues, and enforce adherence to GSK policies and controls.
Minimum Requirements
Degree in Finance or Accounting mandatory; professional qualification (CPA, ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent) preferred.
10-15 years of experience in financial reporting, auditing, or accounting processes including knowledge of IFRS and accounting principles.
Experience managing BPO/third-party provider performance and working within Control/SOX environments.
Working knowledge of SAP/S4Hana, Lumira, Power BI, and Agentic AI required; fluent English required.
