Lead development and implementation of organizational culture and behavioral analytics to enhance audit planning, execution, and risk oversight within A&A.
Design and maintain dashboards and analytical products that provide actionable insights on organizational conditions, behavioral patterns, and emerging risks for senior leadership and governance forums.
Act as technical owner for culture analytics tools, methodologies, and data integration supporting Organizational Culture Assurance and wider assurance functions.
Minimum Requirements
10 to 15 years of experience in audit and assurance, analytics, or related disciplines.
Bachelor's degree in analytics, data science, statistics, mathematics, business, psychology, economics, information systems or related discipline.
Proficiency in data analytics tools, dashboard design (Power BI, Tableau or equivalent), and experience with large, complex datasets.
Experience in risk, assurance, audit, compliance or HR analytics environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in integrating behavioral, cultural, and risk analytics to inform enterprise audit and governance processes, with ability to translate findings for non-technical senior stakeholders.
Strong background in developing and managing dashboards, predictive indicators, and AI-enabled analytical approaches within risk and assurance contexts.
Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with risk management, HR, compliance, and business leadership to deliver advanced, data-driven organizational insights.
