Oversee financial transactional activities delivered by BPO third-party provider supporting controllership, record to report, inventory, intercompany, master data, fixed assets, banking processes globally.
Manage and provide guidance to Service Delivery Leads responsible for specific regions, ensuring timely, quality deliverables in line with KPIs and SLAs.
Drive process standardization, continuous improvement, issue resolution, and support Controllership strategy including identifying GPO interventions (process redesign, technology, RPA).
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA, ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent preferred.
At least 16 years of experience in financial reporting, auditing, or accounting processes including knowledge of IFRS, financial controls, and SOX environment.
Proven managerial experience leading teams and managing BPO/third-party performance in financial service delivery.
Working knowledge of SAP/S4Hana, Lumira, Power BI, and fluency in English.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in end-to-end financial controllership processes across multiple regions with strong understanding of financial systems and IFRS.
Able to lead cross-functional teams, manage third-party vendors, and implement standardization and continuous improvement initiatives in a complex matrix organization.
Skilled at stakeholder management including interfacing with finance controlling managers, operational controllers, and global process owners to resolve challenges and deliver on service commitments.
