Lead financial integrity and compliance for India entity, including tax leadership and audit management.
Act as strategic finance partner to senior leadership, driving budgeting, forecasting, cost optimization, and capital investment decisions.
Own internal controls, risk management, cash and treasury stewardship, finance systems enablement, and finance transformation initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
Qualified finance professional (preferably MBA or CA).
Approximately 15 years of experience with at least 5 years in a Finance Controller or senior finance leadership role.
Experience with end-to-end finance operations in MNC environment and demonstrated financial management proficiency.
Direct experience with Indian tax laws and handling GST, TDS, Income Tax, Transfer Pricing audits is strongly preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader in multinational finance shared services or similar global finance environments.
Strong expertise in financial control frameworks, audit processes, and compliance with zero major audit findings.
Skilled in ERP and consolidation tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion) with ability to drive finance transformation projects.
